The Happyshopper Marketplace Plus application includes the entire feature set from Happyshopper Marketplace Basic (Happyshopper WebPromote Website and the MobilePromote Application) and adds a limited e-commerce feature set. The ability to scan items as they are placed into the Happyshoppers’ basket within the store will speed the process of checkout at the end of the Happyshopper’s grocery trip. Happyshopper Private Label

The Happyshopper Private Label program allows the retailer to use the Happyshopper Marketplace app as a baseline and work with us to modify it to be in step with their branding, color scheme, and messaging requirements. The resulting Happyshopper Private Label application can end up with a feature footprint comparable to any of the members of the Happyshopper family of products. The advantage in the Private Label initiative is that it allows for very tight branding and unique feature development while still leveraging our existing code base for the product.

Private Label exclusive advantages

The retailer will be able to specify the inclusion of brand assets and brand colors in the app design in the places where those elements currently exist.

The Happyshopper Private Label program will maintain a single brand list of participating merchants, instead of the standard all-inclusive lists included in the non-private-label apps. Happyshopper Private Label customers will enjoy exclusive access to the customers that download and register with their app. In addition, if the retailer wants to have their stores included in the marketplace store lists that can be accommodated. This would allow shoppers using the consumer release Happyshopper Marketplace app to become aware of the merchant offerings and place orders with the Private Label retailers.

The Happyshopper private-label program will involve a detailed partnership between Happyshopper and the retailer to determine and create the statement of work that will guide the app modification process. All throughout, Happyshopper and the retailer will work hand-in-hand to create, test, and ultimately deploy the retailer’s Private Label application. We envision this process going through several well-defined phases including discovery, creating the statement of work with detailed features and specifications, programming, testing, limited release for beta-test with retailer’s employees, limited release for beta-test with retailers customers, and finally launch.

The Happyshopper private-label program will allow retailers to jumpstart the development effort thus shaving time and cost from the process. This will simply be the fastest way to get to a custom application.

Happyshopper DIY

Happyshopper DIY package is essentially a custom programming offering that allows the retailer to create a customized application to meet their specific requirements using the code base that we have already created during the Happyshopper development program. By leveraging our existing code base retailer can get a jumpstart on this extremely complex process of creating a new application specifically tailored to meet their needs.

Happyshopper DIY advantages

Retailers who want to take advantage of the application development services offered by MCM Technologies. We will be able to do so using the Happyshopper DIY program. We will make our basic code set available as your foundational building blocks. Through the process of discovering client requirements, interface and branding needs, and functional feature sets we will develop a statement of work and a strategic plan to accomplish the programming to deliver a fully customized application. All throughout this process MCM Technologies will maintain a tight relationship with the client to ensure a satisfactory delivery of the finished product at the end of the process.

Just like the Happyshopper Private Label program, the DIY program will involve highly technical application development requiring good communications from both parties all throughout. All throughout MCM Technologies and the retailer will work hand-in-hand to create, test, and ultimately deploy the retailer’s custom application. MCM Technologies will continue to support the client with updates, and tier 1 technical support throughout the applications lifecycle. New feature development will be performed at the client’s request. Any new features developed for the Happyshopper Marketplace applications may potentially be available to DIY customers as an upgrade, or added feature if so requested.
